Through many seminars, books, studies and his own experiences, Pete Barrios is well versed in the challenges that face all of us in our daily lives. His guiding principles of care, love, compassion, communication, integrity, trust, and accountability are his trademarks. Partnering with individuals, families and business owners to obtain their goals is his legacy.

Pete obtained his Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of California and went on to obtain his Law Degree from Whittier College School of law. He pursued a career of management in the mortgage banking field for over 25 years. It was during this tenure in mortgage banking that he moved his family to Texas.

In Texas he continued his management career until a life changing event took place in his life. He experienced a teen in crisis. With a teen headed towards a path of self destruction, this father of a beautiful step daughter took steps for intervention.

Part of the process of intervention encompassed Pete by obtaining clarity on who he was and how he was in a relationship with the rest of the world. Along the steps of self discovery Pete found a new passion for teens and their families.  He took on the studies of becoming a Performance Coach and joined the Resource Realization Coaching Academy. This year long program provided him with the tools to master his passion of joining others in reaching their excellence.

Pete is a native of Southern California. He is a first generation American of a Cuban immigrant. At an early age, his parents instilled in him the values of hard work and education. He worked side by side with his parents in the family business while always maintaining his education as a priority.
